Budget - FastBreak @ SFO - Same as Emerald Aisle?

I've been a loyal National renter for years, but on a recent overseas trip had positive experiences with Budget.

Now at SFO, is the FastBreak service similar to Emerald Aisle... you pick your car or is one pre-assigned to you?
