Alaska - Road into Denali NP is open to mile 30

This is the earliest since the early 1980's that the road is open this far this early:

At the time of this post, the above link only states that the road might be open to mile 30, but a phone call to the park today confirmed it.

Well, that's interesting. The mobs of cruise passengers start heading north in about 2.5 weeks.
