Hi all!
My first post :) good to start contributing, I've been lurking for a while!
Does anyone have confirmation that one-way award bookings are now possible with FB miles?
In the past, they would only book round-trips on e.g. Delta, no one-ways. But yesterday I went up to the payment stage (just wanted to test) in the on-line booking system of a Delta SVO->JFK.
Also this morning a FB agent booked for me (not issued yet, so this may turn out to be too good to be true!) a JFK->SVO on Aeroflot, one way...
Is this a new rule? Or another mistake?

I've never tried to book it, but Aller-Simple always seems to be an option when I look at rewards tickets in my FB account for AF. The monthly specials even differentiate how many miles for round trip and how many for one way.
Welcome to Flyertalk Vitali!
I never was able to book a one way on DL with my FB miles (tried a few times), so if it is now possible it is great news!
They have a one way ticket option but still charge you a round trip price I know as I used the dates to check on a round trip ticket then one way . Delta must have the worst frequent flier program I cant wait to use my miles and be done with them.

That's right, but until recently, it was only allowed on AF and on KLM, not on other SkyTeam members!

it worked for me! booked a one-way from YYZ to JFK. 12,500 miles CAD 51.47 taxes/fees
It does actually work indeed for all carriers. But that won't last according to FB rules :)

I think it may be the other way around... it didn't use to work (I've tried a few times over the last few years), but now it works! Maybe the rules need updating to reflect the new policy (hope!...)
I would strongly suggest to keep this quiet, unitl we see this published as an improvement I would assume an IT glitch. Do not raise red flags, call about these awards or ask for them on the phone claiming the website can do it until we are sure!
If it is an IT glitch, let's just enjoy it while it lasts! AND KEEP QUIET!
