Hi, my name is Katariina and Im new to this site. I live in Estonia and have bought a plane ticket to Orlando, Florida for a 2 weeks vacation in April. Since its my first time to go there I would like to ask your help. I have been google ´ing places of interest, theme parks, restaurants etc. I would like to go to Wet´n Wild and Universal Studios, is there any chance to get a discount for the passes? Is there any recommendations what else I should visit? Thank you and sorry if these topics have been discussed already (Im still learning how to get around on this site) :)

Just so you know, Katariina, while you will no doubt enjoy Universal Studios and Wet 'n' Wild, the premier parks in Orlando are all on Disney property. In fact, they have two water parks (Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach) that are much, much better than the relatively small and old Wet 'n' Wild. Be sure to research Disney when planning your Orlando vacation...

I would echo the advice to stay with the Disney water parks. You can get a Disney ticket that will include use of their water parks. Disney doesn't have much in the way of discount tickets. You might want to look at www.mousesavers.com and see if they are posting any discounts for Disney.

We really like Universal Studios/Island of Adventure. Great rides at these two.

Hi Katariina,
Welcome to FlyerTalk and welcome to Orlando!
You will get some good information here, but I think you will get even better information from Fodors Forums http://www.fodors.com/forums/index.cfm which is more oriented toward leisure travelers. You may want to post your questions there, as well.

I think Wet 'n Wild has seen better days and there are newer and better water parks emerging. One of these is Aquatica http://aquaticabyseaworld.com/ParkMap/Default.aspx. There are some discounts here https://www.orlandoticketsales.com/oi/SeaWorld__C66.cfm.

For waterparks, Aquatica at Sea World should be considered... It is better for slides than the Disney parks..
