I am pleased to report that LAN seems to have gotten their act together re the posting of upgraded flights. In the past, award tickets AND purchased ticket upgraded with kms or coupons were both reported simply as "U". So if you purchased the tickets and later upgraded you had to email or fax your original ticket and jump through hoops to get your flights posted. I returned from a trip on Tuesday and all my flights were properly posted to my account by last night (Thursday). Needless to say, this makes me very happy!

Last month my mom flew on an upgraded w/kms ticket and was also credited properly :D
I was happily surprised... I had been reminding her not to lose the boarding passes.
