Best Western Rewards - At what point does it become real "BU$INE$$"?

About 10 of us, and maybe more, are heading to Victoria, British Columbia for my daughters university graduation show. So, I am thinking that we could book it all under one name and potentially get a better deal. We are looking at four, maybe six couples. So, probably one suite and three to five rooms, some for two nights. Any suggestions on what we might ask for if we can pull off booking all at one time?

On the other side, are there points to be collected? (Oh, will I become a BW elite in one swoop???)
