Has anyone filed a claim? I received notification of damage from AVIS two months after returning a car and a $1,700 bill. To my knowledge, there was no damage when the rental was returned but the car did turn 30,000 during my rental. No proof, but I find it ironic that a dent occured about the same time the car should be pulled from the fleet.
Anyway, I filed a claim with Diners yesterday and am wondering what to expect.
