How dfo I get from where Southwest arrives to where Continental flights depart?

You do understand that you're speaking of HOU (all WN flights), not IAH (most CO flights)..... Two airports, with 50 miles and a big city between them...

yes, TMOliver is correct. You have to change airports. Not terminals.
