Russia - SU - KGD-LED Flights

Does anyone happen to know why Aeroflot is stopping their KGD-LED flights? I had one booked and today my reservation was changed to a later Rossiya flight.

Also, Rossiya appears to now run all these flights as a codeshare with Aeroflot - harbingers of the new Aeroflot-Vladivostokavia-Rossiya alliance?

Rossiya is set to merge with SU this year. SU is scrapping their flights to stop competing with themselves. This will effectively leave only 2 carriers operating this route: FV and UT.

This I clearly know, as it is stated in my post. I'm more curious about any other information people might have seen - for example, is Aeroflot resigning from making a new hub in KGD to fill the void left by KD Avia? If Aeroflot-Rossiya-Vladivostokavia, et al are merging, at what point can we expect to see code shares on other routes (say LED-OVB, LED-KJA, etc)?
