I am looking at a flight from IAD->Vienna and it shows there only being 4 C seats and no F (no matter the dates)? It shows the plane as an 767-300. Looking at seatguru it shows that plane having a configuration of F (6), C (26), and E. So, what am I missing here?
It's a codeshare on Austrian, and United is only able to sell a limited number of seats in each cabin (hence the C4).

You are missing the info that this is not United? Must be someone else?

Yup, totally missed that. Thanks. Does this mean no SWU's?

Fly through FRA to get to VIE and save your self a lot of headachs. I have taken both routes and the service on Austrian can have you looking like this -->
+ You will have a bigger selection of seats going on the long leg.^

Don't know about sitting in Y on OS, but in C the service and, especially the food, is arguably the best in the *A network. OS is my preferred carrier transatlantic.

You're suggesting going via FRA than flying non-stop to avoid headaches. That's a most bizarre suggestion...
Avoid FRA at all cost is my suggestion... Austrian service is awesome in my experiences...
Back to the initial question:
Business Class on OS's 767 is 2-2-2.
The seat is very similar to LH's current product, personal video but no AVOD.
As others mentioned, service on OS is usually very good and the food is better than in F on some Airlines.

OS has no F product. C is arguably the best food and service in the european *A alliance, but the seat and IFE is dated.
