TalkBoard Topics - Request: Westjet Passenger Perks changed to WestJet Frequent Guest Program

The WestJet forum was created a few years ago to separate subjects from the Air Canada forum, and was given the "placeholder name" (as RP put it) of Passenger Perks, until such time as WestJet launched and named their program. They went live with it this week, and as boring as the new name is, it is the new name. I request that the forum name be changed to reflect the new program name.

FWIW I didn't think Passenger Perks was all that bad of a name for a FFP though as OP notes Westjet went with something a bit more, well, beige.

Well, if we leave the forum name as Passenger Perks, perhaps we can convince WestJet to go with it instead? :D

This is Canada - Westjet went with something loonie.

I didn't realize this was 2 years ago already LOL. Anyway, WestJet changed the name of their program to "WestJet Rewards", so can this serve as a request for the TB to vote on changing the forum name, or does it need to go in a new post?

I believe TB approval isn't needed based on other recent proposed forum name changes, including this most recent one:
