LaGuardia - STL $312 fees & taxes paid right now on Southwest . . . no bag fees can save money if you have to check so consider that into the fare. I don't know if you consider that cheap, but seems reasonable.
If you haven't signed up for DING, do that, and include both STL and LGA some of your airports, then watch for sales on your flights. You might want to end up booking both segments as seperate one ways - another bonus with Southwest is if the fare drops, you can rebook and save the difference as SW credit. And it's easier to do that if you book each way independently.
Also, a good way to check prices from different airports is to plug your dates into KAYAK.com.
