I arrive Madrid Barajas (MAD) airport about 5pm on Tuesday, March 30 and depart the following morning on a 10am flight to Paris/Amsterdam/NewYork
I don't know anything about Madrid other than it has a lively night culture and would love to go out for some tapas.
Keeping that in mind should I splurge for a hotel in the center or choose a hostel instead?
I will be leaving in the early morning the next day for a flight home so don't want to stay out all night, and will need a safe place for my luggage.
Ideas welcome, please!
