I could not figure out which forum this thread should go under, and I am surprised that there is no thread fully devoted to Awardwallet.com yet.
I now have quite a few FF accounts with various airlines and also have a few rewards program accounts. I have been reluctant to open an account with Awardwallet.com (which lately seems to be the most highly rated award program tracking website) due to privacy concerns.
Do those you who have used other sites such as MileTracker think that Awardwallet is the best one out there today? Is most of what you need available for free on there or is there a monthly fee?
When you give Awardwallet your passwords to your frequent flyer accounts, can they access your mailing address, credit card numbers (e.g., if you registered a credit card with any reward program or something like "dining for miles" if "dining for miles" can be tracked), upcoming or past itineraries and other such personal information?
Did you give Awardwallet your regular e-mail address or a secondary one? if you gave them your regular e-mail address, do you get a lot of spam/ad type mail sent to you?
Is it worth having this kind of tracking system? I suppose everyone will say yes to that one.
Thanks.

I like the site quite a bit. I was using PageOnce before - this is much better.
They do offer the option to store your passwords on the computer or on their site. They default to their site, but I've changed them to be on my computer. Of course, if I should wipe my cookies, I presume they would be gone.
So far so good - it's really pretty nice. I donated $5.

I've tried Yodlee, MileTracker/ MilePort (they are the same thing), and points.com -- for the 30+ programs I belong to, AwardWallet is the ONLY one with perfect, bug-free coverage. Yodlee had about 90% coverage, MileTracker/ MilePort had 50% and much of that was buggy, and points.com covered only a few programs.
They also have a superior security model: they provide a means of NOT storing your passwords out "in the cloud" on their site, instead storing them on your own PC. (I used to run a global IT Security software company -- so there is some reason to believe me when I say this is better!).
On the few occasions I've had requests or feedback for the AwardWallet team, they have been EXTREMELY responsive, even adding a couple of obscure programs at my request (FlyPorter and Malaysia Enrich).
Highly recommended!
Cheers,
R.

I wanted to point out one thing that I believe not everybody understands about storing passwords locally. If you choose to store your passwords locally on your PC AwardWallet will not be able to check / monitor your balances automatically. Normally AwardWallet checks balances for any sort of changes about once a day or every other day automatically. If reward program changes rules for example and changes its expiration policy AwardWallet may detect that change and all accounts that sore password with AwardWallet will be updated with new expiration date, the ones that store passwords locally will only be updated when the user logs-in and checks the programs manually.

Yes, I have used MileTracker and still use the Fidelity-branded version of Yodlee (and I used native Yodlee several years ago), but I forked over the few bucks for the paid version of AwardWallet. I find it much more functional and effective than any of the others.
And the full discussion of all of these options is in the thread noted above.

Yep, Awardwallet has been mentioned multiple times on the main thread. Most responses have been positive. I have had nothing but a positive experience so far. I have added my wife's accounts too, and it's so easy to track miles for the entire household.
If you want to, you can donate as low as $1 to get access to their premium features too.

I'm a big fan of AwardWallet. I switched to it about two months ago. It easily and reliably checks each of my accounts. I can manage my husband's accounts on the same page as mine. It's nice to be able to check his balances with the same click when I check mine. I very much like the summary of changed account balances that I am sent weekly.
I'm less interested in the hotel and air reservations that it picks up from my mileage accounts and sends me. I use TripIt to collect that information.
I stubbornly held on to my MileTracker account for many years. Despite email exchanges with them, they rarely corrected programming problems. AwardWallet is a pleasure to use as it reliably accesses every program.

I wanted to address the question concerning Email. We hate SPAM. We do not SPAM our members. We only send out a few types of emails.
Did you give Awardwallet your regular e-mail address or a secondary one? if you gave them your regular e-mail address, do you get a lot of spam/ad type mail?
Emails we send
1 - Account Activity Summary – Every Saturday we send account activity summaries to our users. You will only get this email if you have had programs increase or decrease in miles or points.
2 - Expiration Warning – We send emails at 90, 60, 30 and 7 days before miles will expire from a program.
3 - Sharing – we email you if a user is requesting to share point info with you or a user registered at your request.
4 - You can also have your automatically gathered itineraries emailed to you. However, you can turn this feature off under My Account.
We are always open to suggestions so please let us know how we can improve.

Ok, you talked me into it!
I just switched over to Award Wallet .... so far it's great .... nice that all the programs work!
But, I did like the Summary option at Mile Tracker .... all my family's accounts fit and printed out on a one page summary/chart. Nice, easy reference when either on-line or off-line.
My printout at Award Wallet is 3 pages long and more difficult to use as a reference.

This is probably 100% true, but it does not address the question of whether they now, or ever in the future, will rent out subscriber information to third parties for use in their marketing campaigns.
I think it's always smart to use a secondary email address to you can keep websites honest.

I tried awardwallet and its great. Very nice interface, great features, and covers all the programs I'm part of.
In the end, I stuck with Yodlee because I like the idea of having the 'all-in-one' site with both rewards & financial stuff together.
But for anyone who prefers a separate site for rewards tracking, there's no better option that Awardwallet.

If anyone is interested we recently had an interview on The Jetiquette Show. Funny thing....Randy Petersen, the owner of FlyerTalk, was also on this show.
Randy's interview starts about 5 minutes into the show. AwardWallet starts about 35 minutes in. I made one mistake in the beginning saying that we started AwardWallet in 1994. However, I meant to say 2004. We corrected it at the end of the interview.

I left Miletracker a year ago and never looked back. I love Award Wallet.
I monitor 5 different people's accounts and Award Wallet handles this well (miletracker could not even get US Airways right).
I do have 2 items on my wish list:
1) I wish I could export the summary into excel.
2) I have the premium account so I can see expiration dates. I wish I could sort all accounts by expiration date, regardless of the owner, to know which acounts need activity first.

They can access anything that you can access by logging into your airline or hotel account. If those account pages show your full credit card number, expiry date and security number, then AwardWallet can see that information also.
They do seem to notice upcoming reservations, at least on AA.

I guess the technical answer is yes if you store your logins and passwords on their server.
They would have access to your entire profile for each program and if a stored card is there, they would have access to that too. They could even book an award for someone else using your points/miles. That would be very traceable and stupid.
They technically can do it but will it happen is anyone's guess. I personally am not nervous. I equate it to the bank having my account number. Can someone abuse it, yes, will they abuse it, unlikely. However, I can not speak for awardwallet and the safeguards they have.
If you are nervous, store your data on your hard drive, which in itself poses some risk like anything on your drive. Or you can remove your stored cards for each program.

I wanted to address this concern...
We always use industry-standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving customer's data exchanged with our site. We have appropriate security measures in place in our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you at our site.
All of your sensitive data is encrypted in our secure database using public private key technology. Whenever we transfer your passwords we use https secure protocol. We also give you the ability to store your passwords locally on your computer in a cookie. In our opinion this is not any more secure than storing your passwords in our database as most likely our database is better protected than your computer. There are also other advantages of storing your passwords in our database, for example we would be able to automatically check your balances for you and then send you a report with your balance changes. Finally, thousands of people have trusted us with their account information, our service is very mature (we launched our website in 2004) and the website is hosted and founded in the United States of America.

So far, so good. I love Award wallet. I just have one suggestion. I love how the service updates the balances and then highlights changes (i.e. up 1500 miles, down 7 points, etc.) for the new activity. I check the site at least once everyday. Is there a way to shorten how long the new activity reflects? After seeing it once or twice, I pretty much know the balance has changed. I then have to cull through and see what has actually changed. Thanks and keep up the great work.

Just wanted to add my support as well - I have been using AwardWallet for about 3 months now and it hands-down is the best of class solution out there. Bye, bye, MileTracker.
I agree with the suggestion above that there be some consideration of shortening the period for which the +/- displays. I am not sure I even really understand when it resets. I think it just stays as +/- until the "next activity" - which could be many months from now. I think I actually like what MileTracker does in this one narrow regard, that is, it shows +/- based off of your last search, not some point in time. Anyway, a small comment in an overall great program.
I gave $10 and plan to give more periodically, and encourage all others to donate, too. ^

Thanks! So let me clarify some things about the last change:
1. Right by your balance (for example you have 11,700 points) you may see the last change (+1,398) and arrow pointing up. What this means is that last change that happened to your balance was +1,398 points. This could have happened a year ago or a week ago, it doesn't matter, we are just saying that last time your balance changed by this many points. It has nothing to do with any future changes, it also has nothing to do with how recent this change is.
2. If an account is working properly (balances getting checked with no problems) you will see a green check mark by the program ( http://awardwallet.com/images/successState.gif ) however if this specific program was recently updated that check mark shows that a new balance posted within last 24 hours: http://awardwallet.com/images/changed.gif - this is an indication that something changed on the account within the last 24 hours.
Does that make sense?

Here's a little suggestion for Award Wallet:
I'm tracking about 15 accounts (both mine and my wife's accounts). When I sign on, I like to click the button that checks all accounts. That button is at the bottom of the page, so I always have to scroll down to get to it. This is a minor thing, but it would save me a few moments if you moved the "check all accounts" button up to the top of the page.

I have been using Awardwallet to track 20+ programs and it works amazingly well.
I am curious how Awardwallet gets permission from all these big airlines to access their member databases? As most of us can attest, these big airlines are very beaurocratic and rarely on the "cusp of technology". I am surprised how Awardwallet is able to integrate their sites without any difficulty or bugs?

I just started to try it out and realized that once you enter a username, it does not allow you to edit it when you make a spelling mistake. You have to delete the account and try again.
It loads very fast, unlike my BofA (? sign of security checks with Yodlee)
and the idea of a site keeping track of expirations is very useful.
I still use mileage manager and pay for it for the award alerts (not very useful so far this year..)
Also like the others it s very slow to enter all the data
What is needed is a simple page like a spreadsheet where the first column is the airline
the second is the program
third is your username
4th is your password (set not to show when typing or after typing for security)
Automatically include any program with password as being tracked
one button at the end for update info.
and perhaps another column for typr Airline, hotel etc
and another for username
So that we can simply click by user, type, program etc

AwardWallet has been great, support for plenty of programs and pretty darned reliable, when a program updates its website AwardWallet updates to match.
I do wish checking balances was a bit faster, but then I'm checking a lot of accounts. They check one at a time rather than making multiple simultaneous connections. The developers know my thoughts on this, hopefully they'll ramp this up in a future release.
I suppose there aren't that many users checking as many accounts as I am !
And on the whole, it's very much the tool of choice for this function.

Also, I can edit my username no problem by clicking "edit." Maybe that's only after it works once?

AwardWallet has been great, support for plenty of programs and pretty darned reliable, when a program updates its website AwardWallet updates to match.
I do wish checking balances was a bit faster, but then I'm checking a lot of accounts. They check one at a time rather than making multiple simultaneous connections. The developers know my thoughts on this, hopefully they'll ramp this up in a future release.
I suppose there aren't that many users checking as many accounts as I am !
And on the whole, it's very much the tool of choice for this function.
You are the king - wanna tell us how many you have?

If you have a suggestion to improve the product email them. They are very responsive. I have had 2 suggestions impemented. Each one was implemented in less than a week.
My 2 suggestions:
1) The ungroup feature so you can sort by expiring date.
2) Adding more info to the excel download so excel geeks like me can sort, filter, etc.
...and I am only tracking 23 accounts.

67 Accounts and going strong.
I did sign up and donate for the better service.
The pages load quickly.
There are a few bugs.
e.g. US awards on LH IAD-FRA-SIN
US puts the same date on conn flights and puts an asterix to show flights are for the next day
On AwardWallet, it shows up as FRA-SIN-IAD_FRA as the FRA departure is at 11 AM and the IAD departure is at 5 PM!
I would also like an expert view with everything in columns
AcctHolder - TYpe - Company - Miles - Expiration etc
so that each entry is in 1 line and not taking up too much space.
Also it should all be sortable at the top
Same for award reservations
Type - Company - PNR - Traveller- date - time - place etc all in a table

I just received a Rewards Activity email from Awardwallet. Oddly, it contained an advertisement that says "We pay CASH for all unused airline miles, and AMEX points." I clicked on it and was brought to a ticket services site that claims to offer discount airline tickets and also buy your airline miles or points for cash. Knowing this I don't see how I could possibly recommend Awardwallet to anyone. Additionally, I'm actually a bit concerned that they have access to my personal information.

I've seen that also, but it's an ad for a third party site - not for Awardwallet, as far as I know.
Advertising is what makes the site run, in addition to our contributions. With no ads, we'd have no newspapers, magazines, NBC, ABC, etc. Just because I don't agree with the products being sold in those types of media, doesn't mean I won't patronize the media.

I suspect that AwardWallet doesn't even know that ad is on their site. I know that unacceptable ads have shown up on FT, and it has taken someone like you noticing and advising FT (and now IB) so that the ad agency can be advised to pull that advertising.

While I understand that advertising makes most everything run, you don't see most outlets running ads for a service that is very likely to get you in hot water. The simple fact that Awardwallet is including advertising for a vendor that engages in practices that are clearly in contradiction with the T&C of most frequent flyer programs makes me question their integrity.
I suspect that AwardWallet doesn't even know that ad is on their site. I know that unacceptable ads have shown up on FT, and it has taken someone like you noticing and advising FT (and now IB) so that the ad agency can be advised to pull that advertising.

That's the way of the internet. Google is really the clearinghouse for these (there are also other companies that do this). Awardwallet would be able to block certain advertisers if they want, in Google, but they don't really get to approve each specific ad.

Overall this service is great and I absolutely love it. You guys seem to be pretty responsive so I thought I'd post a couple suggestions.
1. Big Crumbs doesn't update properly, I got paid by them a week ago but I'm still showing that I have a balance in the account.
2. I went to upgrade last night and saw that there was an option to "invite 5 people to join AwardWallet" and we will upgrade you for free. I decided to pursue that option but after sending invites to 15 of my friends I saw that in reality this option should have been titled "Get 5 people to join AwardWallet and we will upgrade your account for free."
There's a big difference between inviting someone to join and them actually accepting and signing up. I definitely think this service is worth some money so I donated anyways when I upgraded my account but I was mildly annoyed about the wording of that upgrade option and thought it was somewhat deceptive (although I think it was probably just poor wording rather than a deliberate attempt to deceive).
Anyways overall great program and keep up the good work.

Aug 29, 2010 - AwardWallet has released Version 1.0 of its iPhone app for AwardWallet members. Now AwardWallet members can view their frequent flyer miles, hotel, car and credit card points from their iPhone. In this release of the AwardWallet iPhone application members will be able to:
* Login to AwardWallet with existing credentials (must be an existing AwardWallet member, Free to join)
* Display a list of your reward programs added via the AwardWallet web site
* View detailed reward program information like Balance, Last Update and Point Expiration
* Update award program to get the most current balance information
* View reward information while offline
It is $1.99 and so far looks pretty good. One thing I miss right off the bat though are the different views for Recently Changed, Active Accounts, and All like they have on their website. I often check Recently Changed but that is not easy to see on the app as of yet. It is their first release so I'm sure new features will be added as they get a feel for which ones have the greatest demand.

Question for AwardWallet, since I'm too lazy to look at the code myself: I'm guessing you query the airline sites server-side rather than with client-side AJAX? If so, it should be fairly simple (and you should have plenty of bandwidth) to parallel-ize the requests. That would not only speed up the process, but it would mostly solve the problem seen above (though a timeout would still be a good idea).
Also, it seems you do background updates without use needing to manually update--is that daily?

I've seen this bug when I was testing it. I thought we fixed it. Perhaps we fixed it for some scenarios but not for all. So what it is prompting you for is your AwardWallet password, not the loyalty program's password. I've forwarded this post to the dev guys. If we can reproduce it we will fix it in the next release.

Theoretically we could run this in parallel. The idea is that you shouldn't have to do a "Check All" as we check the balances anyway in the background about once every 1.5 - 2 days. Thanks for the feedback though, this is definitely something to consider going forward.

Several weeks ago Southwest told Award Wallet not to try to do so; therefore Award Wallet no longer accesses/records Southwest account balances. Award Wallet does allow you to manually record the balances yourself for record keeping. They also ask you to contact Southwest and ask them to change their policy.

In what areas that awardwallet.com is better than points.com? I only have accounts with points.com and thinking about trying something new. Points.com seems a bit slow to me.
It's a pretty different animal, really. Points.com is largely about trading and buying points, and is, at the moment, extremely slow, buggy, and all around painful to use.
On the other hand, AwardWallet is really just for tracking points, and is fast, efficient, and pretty lightweight.
I agree with others that the interface could use an upgrade, but not at the expense of the Points.com upgrade, which basically ruined that site for me.
I really like AW especially the fact that they log you in automatically when you click. why can't mint.com have such a feature (or fo they?)

i tried awardwallet but was bugged that it didn't work with southwest, it was a little clunky to, i liked that they logged you automatically in the programs, but i recently switched to usingmiles.com and it works great! a lot better than awardwallet and points, and they support southwest RR credits.

I love AwardWallet, but I certainly have had trouble with it hanging in recent weeks. It's frustrating. And then if I begin again, it starts from account one all over again.
I'm thinking of using AW, but would like to know whether the problems that SD1K and others reported are still going on. Any updates on this?

when a program changes its webpage (e.g., like delta did a month or two ago), awardwallet has to change the way it accesses that page to get updated info. you can click the "contact us" link to send them a message about it. they seem to take care of changes within a few weeks at most.
there are other factors that can cause hangs, such as a lot of traffic at the program's website making it difficult for awardwallet to log in. checking your balances when the program website is updating (3-6am EST is probably the most common window) could also cause timeouts.
if you store your passcodes locally, check to see if you've lost data. i recently wiped my firefox browser's cache, cookies, and history, and had to re-enter my passwords.

When using Awardwallet, you can either store the info on their server or on your PC.
In the past I have been saving it on my PC for security reasons as I view access to my miles the same as access to my bank account. Meaning that if somebody broke into their server, I could lose all of my miles. However I have repeatedly needed to re-input the info on my PC because I periodically erase the cookies which is a real pain in the butt.
Where do most people save their awardwallet info?
PC or Server?

I have a IT background, and I do the same as you due to security concerns with my passwords stored on AwardsWallet servers.
I also clear my cookies every now and then, so it's a bit of a hassle to have to re-input my passwords.
But otherwise, AwardWallet has been pretty good.

I do PC side (Mac, really) but therefore my iPhone app is pretty useless. I've thought about making all new passwords and just relenting.
I also use Mint.com for a few accounts, so I see the logic, except that Mint is a much more established company with a much wider base, so if there were a security problem, there would be lots of help from the bank side. No offense to AwardWallet, but it's just a much smaller company, so I'm a little more reluctant.

Wrong attitude. Award Wallet is an excellent product. It deserves to make a profit and stay in business. To make a profit it has to make MONEY! If it doesn't make money it will cease to exist.

Only downside is that they don't have an iPhone/iPad app yet. But its FREE, so I can't complain.

I really like awardwallet also, however, there do appear to be some flaws in the data - for example, for Amtrak Guest Rewards it shows the expiration as 3 years past any activity, however, AGR requires points earned by riding the train (or the cc which I do not have) - so there's some hazard there if you trust the expiration date it's populating - that said, I like AW a lot - but I think it's a good idea to verify the data.

YMMV but this site is always sending me false expiration dates on my airline miles. Shows short-term upcoming expiration dates for AA and other airlines when, in fact, the expirations are a year or more in the future. And not when I have just recently had some activity to extend the dates - in some cases the dates were extended months ago and the short-term expiration notice still shows up.

My expiration dates are correct. I just got 500 miles on United from this "Big Fish" and the date has been extended immediately. All others dates are correct too. Only Lufthansa has "Expiration Unknown" ... and I don't see an expiration date on my LH account.

This was a bug related to http protocol and IE browser. Login has to go via https and in IE if you were to hit the page form http://awardwallet.com it would fail like that because the authentication always happens via https. Long story short, it has been addressed. Sorry we should have done a better job at testing this stuff.

I also seriously dislike the redesign. The old design was much simpler, more compactly displayed and easier to read.
I also concur that the "Update all accounts" button should be at the top; it's annoying to scroll down through 25 accounts to find it each time.

Hate to say this, because I believe you guys put a lot of work into this,
but the new design, is not good. Sorry!
Actually liked to old color scheme better, but that is a matter of taste.
The current Font and Graphic size are WAY too big. Not enough info is being presented per inch of screen, it was fine the way it was.
And as much as I am amazed to hear myself say this, the rows are too tall causing too much white space between rows of data.
We all need white space, but this is now too much, I think you had it right before
The entire column on the lefthand side of the page under the AwardWallet.com logo, and under the "Welcome Back, USERNAME is too wide.
It takes up too much of the available screen real estate.
Please Please adjust the font size and row height if nothing else.
Everyone should go vote in the forums

That's what I'm wondering myself.
Tellingly, the SiteAdmin on Awardwallet's forum said, in response to criticism, that "[e]veryone has a different perception of what looks good, that is why our main focus is on functionality and not the design."
If their focus is on functionality, not design, why mess with a clean, attractive, adequate interface? Why not make the layout changeable? Really feels like they are hurting themselves with their choices.

I have to agree on the site design complaints. The colors aren't a big deal to me but the font size, row height/width, graphics, etc. are just all way too big for my taste. Generally just seems a pretty poor use of real estate. I've actually looked down at my browser zoom level a few times expecting to see I accidentally set it to 150% but nope - just 100%.
One the plus side I like how I can go to one person and still have the three views of All, Recently Changed, or Active for that particular person. Maybe this was there before and I'm just now noticing it.

The new very large font size displays especially poorly in Internet Explorer 6. I cannot even see the link at the bottom of the page to check all my accounts.
I've got IE8 on my PC at home, and AwardWallet displays properly. But here at work, the IT department tends to stick with old software and are reluctant to update. So now it looks like I may not be able to check my FF and hotel accounts while at work.

Maybe if enough of us fail to renew, they'll get the picture.
The thing is, they don't want to alienate users, right? So why are they being so stubborn?
Hello, I am the "SiteAdmin" from AwardWallet. I wanted to address the stubbornness mentioned here. So it took us about 6 moths to come up with the new design. We get it that we failed miserably; however, for various technical reasons we can't roll back to the old design. It's not that we don't listen, but we have limited resources. Many things were addressed in the new design and a bunch of structural (behind the scenes) changes took place.
Here is the thing, we can't make changes overnight. We only have limited number of developers working on the site and we have to prioritize. For example when support for loyalty programs or itineraries stops working we have to go and fix it before we address design issues. A lot of that stuff is hidden from the end user so it looks like we are doing nothing and just being stubborn. In reality we are finding 24" monitors, taking a look at all the aspects of the site from different browsers on different monitors, and trying to adjust, while fixing and fine tuning our scraping technology. It really never stops.
So all we are saying is that we hear you and one way or another design issues will be addressed. Most likely we will create a setting in a profile "Regular design" / "Compact Design", but we can't make it happen overnight, so I've been asking users to hold their anger for about one or two months. During this time you will see design changes and we are open to constructive criticism during this time, but we need specifics.
Hope this helps, and I do want to say that we appreciate your support and understanding.

Superb. I am perfectly willing to be patient if I know that the issues will be addressed. I have loved awardwallet in the past, and really want to continue using it (and donate again)...

Don't feel bad. Yodlee has an almost complete disaster on their hands with "the beta." Same font, spacing, scroll bar problems you are facing. The core idea, copy Mint's design, is flawed. I'm not a programmer, but my advise is, forget Mint. The owner sold early for a reason.
Constructive criticism: Reactivate old layout. Work on updating the color scheme. Red in the logo is fine. Red anywhere else is not.
Work on auto-updating of the Travel Plans module. With flight consolidation, this can be a real "deal maker" for you.
Work on the weekly email update. Tell me the "net" change. Do the math for me. Include changes to my flights and seats. Make your information indispensable to the business traveller.

Thanks for posting, site admin!
As long as you know there's a problem, sure, I can wait.
When I saw the quote from the thread on your site, I became concerned that your fast response was over. But your reasons make good sense, and as long as I know you understand how we feel, I'll stick it out.
I'm definitely relieved by your post.

I like the structure an placement of items on the new pages, but the oversize type, poor utilization of screen space, and garish color combination nets out to a bad result. No kidding, it looks like the web page my 11-year old did for a Saturday class recently.

For what its worth.....
Use the "zoom" feature on your browser, and zoom out once or twice, will make Awardwallet easier on your eyes.

The service is as useful as it was before, but the layout and large font makes it harder to access the functionality and the design isn't very elegant - maybe it's me but it looks like an American Airlines site with oversize font.

A "total" line would be nice for the iPhone app :)

AwardWallet's Facebook application page has a free upgrade offer. I suggest "liking" their page to receive more updates about cool offers, miles deals and relevant travel info.

The new UI is not the end of the world. AW still has great functionality and is better than the other options out there.
