Wyndham Rewards - Checking in on Prepaid Stays

I am new to Wyndham, but will probably take advantage of the 5k BD miles per stay promo, and wanted to find out about point posting when checking in. For example, if I book a prepaid stay and have my brother check in on behalf of me since he works around the property, will I run into any problems with getting the stay credited?

I know this has often works with other chains, but want to find out if there are any quirks the way Wyndham properties work.

I would put "2" as the number of guests and list your brother as second guest if possible. Also, a note in the reservation that your brother will be chekcing in should suffice. if you cannot put this note in the reservation notes, call the hotel directly and say your flight is late and your brother is checking in. WR is pretty low-key and shouldn't care.
