Hi All,

I just found out where DL has been reinstates MCO-LAS beginning on Apr 29, 2010. So it will only for 1 daily roundtrip MCO-LAS on operating 737-800 aircraft. Now, its nice to see coming back more specific routes to be reinstates. So let's the speculations begin. Here the schedules to started service MCO-LAS:

DL#1235 7:55pm 10:15pm MCO-LAS
DL#1182 10:00pm 5:30am+1 LAS-MCO

Regards

They also reinstated FLL-LAS. I wonder if they will bring back the TPA-LAS flight. I'm also curious if they will bring back TPA-SLC?

Interestingly enough FLL-LAS is a direct flight but LAS-FLL, according to Delta.com, is a 1 stop flight on an A320 (through May 1 at least). However, later in May the LAS-FLL flight starts up.

The 738 to MCO does NOT come from another city.

Going LAS-MCO & arriving at 5:30a means it should return to LAS (the LAX-MCO-LAX flight does that) but it doesn't. There are no other departures from MCO on a 737 that aren't accounted for by inbound (or RON) equipment.

MCO-LAX leaves at 7:20a (turn from redeye arriving 6:12a).
MCO-SLC leaves at 7:35a (departure from RON arriving 10:56p)
MCO-BOS leaves at 7:20p (departure from 6:33p arrival)
MCO-JFK leaves at 8:55a (departure from RON arriving 10:31p)

I'm trying to figure out what the OTHER route is ex-MCO.
DTW & ATL are 757 only, MEM is 319 & D9. MSP is mostly 757 as well. CVG is only M88. LGA is 6x M88 (significant increase) while JFK is 2 M88 & 1 738 (turn). BDL is 2x M88. BOS is 2 M88 & 1 738 (turn). SLC & LAX are 2x 738.

Unfortunately, MCO-LAS has been, for the past year or so, one of the most expensive West Coast routes. Normally MCO-LAX (direct) is the MOST expensive West Coast routes ex-MCO.

Don't think pricing will go down here, it'll probably go up.
