Budget - Q on Budget one-way rentals: miles and receipts

Tried to search a bit but ended up more confused:

I have a current Budget rental (from Newark airport, EWR). It was roundtrip for then, but now I need to drop at and fly from Philly airport instead.

Q1. Does Budget give frequent flyer miles for one-way rentals? It matters more than usual to me because I'm on the MUAZ040 code, which will give me 500 Delta miles per day - since this is a 5-day rental there's 2500 miles at stake :(

Q2. In searching for an answer to the above, I came upon someone saying thet you don't get a receipt when you close out a one-way rental on Budget - that instead they send the info back to the originating location and they send you a receipt in their own sweet time. :td: Is that true still (it was an older post)

Depending on the answer I may go back to Newark to close this out and then do a one-way with someone else, so hoping someone has experience and can help me out. Many thanks. :)

Several things.. usually one that rents local (returning to rental pickup), if vehicle is returned to another spot, it changes the rates and possibly be hit with fines, If I were you I would call the station manager and ask for advice. It might be that you are asked to go back and close it out and re rent one way to philly, or the station manager might give you his/her regards and tell you just to head for philly, unless your contract states return to philly, you can loose whatever terms you had previously signed for.
