Frontier Airlines EarlyReturns (Pre-Alignment) - Frontier 1,500 signup missing miles

Frontier was supposed to post the 1,000 miles outstanding by today.

Any reports of receipt yet or is your account still showing 500 miles?

Same here, only got 500 and cannot transfer them into delta skymiles since you need 1,000 I think.

I sent them a message regarding this about a week ago and this was the reply I got on Wednesday:

"We are working on getting all the new accounts
updated with the correct amount of bonus miles. All of the bonus miles
for signing up for an Early Returns account should be entered by the end
of next week. (January 22nd 2010) There was an error in the system,
which caused all of these accounts to only post 500 miles instead of the
1,500 promotion. We thank you for your patience while we get all the
new accounts updated."

for signing up for an Early Returns account should be entered by the end
of next week. (January 22nd 2010) There was an error in the system,
which caused all of these accounts to only post 500 miles instead of the
1,500 promotion. We thank you for your patience while we get all the
new accounts updated."

Thanks for the update. I'm still showing 500, too.

I emailed customer service on Saturday and received the following reply:

"Good to hear from you. We're happy to help. We updated your mileage
information as you requested. Your new balance will be reflected online
in 24 to 48 hours. To view your account online, please visit
www.FrontierAirlines.com and sign in at the upper right-hand corner of
our home page."

Sure enough, the missing 1000 posted and now I have the 1500 originally promised.

My first email to them got no response. I believe it's because I sent it to them from an account other than the one on record--oops. Still odd to get absolutely no response at all.

The 2nd email was sent from the account on record. So, possibly double-check which email address you have on record and re-send from it. Couldn't hurt.

Sent an e-mail in early January - received a reply that it would be 1/15/10 for the extra 1000 miles --> nothing
Sent another e-mail last week --> no reply
Called yesterday --> received miles by the end of the day :)

emailed them 1/19. Received reply 1/25 saying "Good to hear from you. We're happy to help. These miles have been adjusted to reflect the additional 1,000 per member. Please allow 24-48 hours for this to be reflected online."

Miles posted 1/26.

I sent Frontier another email 2 days ago notifying them that points still hadn't posted. I got a reply today saying they would post within 24-48hrs and they posted this evening. So it might be worth a followup email for those of you who haven't gotten your miles yet.

It was your email. I waited until yesterday to send that email. Of course they won't respond until Monday, and my account is staying at 500. Now I will see how long it takes for mine to be corrected.
