I will be in Fargo for 1 day and was wondering what I can do to keep me occupied. Is Bonanzaville USA fun? How about the Zoo? Any good musuems, places for dinner?

Thanks,
C

Roger Maris Museum at the West Acres Mall if you are a baseball fan. It is free.

The Hjemkomst Center www.hjemkomst-center.com across the river in Moorhead if you are into Scandinavian heritage; maybe even if you aren't.....

When are you traveling?

I will be there the end of April...I was aware of the Marris Museum...the Scandinavian thing might work well as I will have someone with me of Swedish heritage! :p

Fargo is a very nice city (I lived there for a while), but I'm not sure it's a tourist Mecca.

The more touristy aspects of North Dakota are in the western part of the state, places like Medora and the Badlands. From Fargo, that's about a 300-mile one-way trip.

As for dinner, the Old Broadway downtown is a nice choice for upscale-casual food.
