Frontier Airlines EarlyReturns (Pre-Alignment) - Number of emails Frontier sends per month?

I'm trying to decide if I want to Opt-In for all of Frontier's emails... How many emails does everyone typically get from Frontier per month? Are they just typical newsletters or do they send a lot of fare sale emails? I don't want too many but on the other hand I'd like to know when they have the good deals :)

Probably no more than one a week if that. THe titles are easily identifiable and can be deleted if not looking for flights. As you know, sales are always good to know about if your planning a trip.

I will agree with one per week. I went through my deleted file after reading this question and in the last week I have exactly one.
