So I have tried searching and maybe my searching skills are bad but I have a pretty simple question does YTZ (Toronto City Centre) have Nexus or US preclearence yet? I know there are talks that both are coming to YTZ but I have not found information of when it will be installed.

Unfortunately no Nexus nor US preclearance at YTZ.

Both should be coming when the new terminal opens late winter/early spring.
