I dont believe so. No off airport agencies for sure, and I think most on site agencies close around 1 or 1:30 on weekends. I would call directly and see if they can stay a little longer. If you are part of their loyalty program, they may wait for a little while.

I thought Toronto was big enough to have some 24hr airport rentals. But guess not.
At least there are several hotels that'll have 24hr shuttles, so you can always stay some place, and get a rental the next day.
