US Airways Dividend Miles - Where can I check booking other than USAIR site?

Bought the miles booked the flights cannot pull it up oin the usair website(it is a partner airline)
keep calling them and on hold fo 45 mins at a time.

ask is it ticketed

yes

ask where the ticket is

we will send it in the next hr

2 days and 4 calls later still no ticket
need the ticket number to call thai to get the seats.

they dont seem to be in www.checkmytrip.com


is there any other website I can check the bookings on to get the ticket number?
i rememebr someone posted one that had asia in it

Contact the partner airline, obtain the confirmation code/record locator from them, and look it up on their website.

I've done the same as you - bought the miles and booked tix on TG/LH. Haven't received any email conf however if I log on to my US Air account I can see the reservation, PNR & ticket number.

You should see this on the 'my account' page - it shows your current bookings - on a normal laptop screen it is hidden on the bottom of the page though - you'll have to scroll down - if there is nothing there I'd be concerned!

BTW the TG website does not recognize the US Airways PNR.
