It depends on exactly which type of CAVIAR are you looking for??

If the black one then 2 sources. Illegal one's in MOW but you will have lot of trouble with the customs if you try to take it out of Russia so if you do get your hands on it then consume it over there itself with BELUGA Vodka:D. The legal source for this type is the DUTY FREE only. The price's are pretty reasonable if you compare them with the price's in US or EU countries.

If the ORANGE/RED type then this can be bought easily and legally without any trouble in reasonable quantity and various grades in supermarkets such as ARSHAN or KOPECHKA etc etc. You will not have any problem in taking this outside Russia.
