If you want a listen to a "db" level that will make you deaf, stay at the Four Seasons Hotel in Bangkok where they allow parties to continue way into the night and if you complain they threaten the complaining party with arrest for as they say, their guests are having a late night pool party so what can they do? Maybe the Management doesn't know who the management is??
