I spoke with a rep yesterday on another matters at Harrah's Atlantic City and was told the latest promotion is; They will upgrade your premium card from two casinos in Atlantic City for Harrah's Diamond Card.
These are the only card being accepted;

Black Label- The Borgata
Trump One Chairman of the Board- Trump Casinos

I am heading to A.C. this weekend and will update this thread because I am a Black Label holder at Borgata and will attempt to upgrade at Harrah's. Since Boyd gaming refuse to combine their cards in A.C. with the rest of the casinos they own in this country because I am tired maintaining a premium card only good in A.C. recently I have been going to Nevada...both Vegas and Reno plus I had visited other harrah's spot this summer in MS and LA.

Here's the link:

Boyd Gaming is all over the map when it comes to which of its properties correspond to which of its loyalty cards. I played at the Main Street Station in Las Vegas and was told I already had a Boyd player card account from a few years back when I had visited the Horseshoe Club in Tunica, MS. But Boyd uses a different card for its Coast casinos in Vegas, and also for the AC Borgata which is not just a Boyd property, it is co-owned with MGM Mirage.

Since I moved to the West Coast I still visit AC from time to time, and I tend to play at Harrah's casinos since the comps/points are redeemable in Las Vegas, unlike those of other AC properties. (I tend to get crappy rooms/offers from AC properties since I visit AC so infrequently.)

If there is another AC property where comps/points can be redeemed in Las Vegas I haven't heard about it.

I was matched recently to HET Diamond via the Borgata Black Label. However, the date at the bottom right corner of the Diamond card says 3/10, and the agent who "status matched" me in A.C. confirmed that the Diamond staus is good until the end of March.

My question is, since the Borgata Black Label is good through 12/10, will HET "re-match" me for another several months? Or can you only be matched once?

The Borg upgrade to Black promo is an ongoing promotion (for the last several years).

The Harrah's upgrade to Diamond has been a limited time (November and December promo). IF (and it's a big IF) Harrah's does another upgrade to Diamond promotion in 2010 you 'probably' will be able to re-match to Harrah's Diamond (with the Borgata Black Label card).
