Fairmont President's Club - The Whole System Down? Wow!

Fairmont's website is down.
Called Plt Concierge, and was told they couldn't access either. Was told the whole reservation system will be down till maybe tomorrow.
All I can say is, "Wow!"

I noticed Swissotel was down for a while overnight also.

Now it's back up, and I wonder what the fuss was all about. I see no improvement from the slumbering, inefficient system that was in place. So this down time was for nothing? Wow.

The customer service person I spoke with said they were putting a brand new upgraded system. Guess not....
