Air New Zealand Air Points - 1A and 1K Seats selection Online
OK, Air$ upgrade came though at https://flightbookings.airnewzealand.co.nz/isbook_en_NZ/images/apd_symbol_dbonbl.gif1460 For To Market to Market and I LAX-AKL in March.
Trying to select (available) 1A/1K online as per seating sticky recommendation (nose completely free for allocation).
However, online it goes 1A/2A or 1K/2K at once - is there another way or do I need to call?

Call in, and remember that seating assignments are not guaranteed by NZ. Having said that, I have never experienced a seat change from the assigned.

That will be NZ's lovely seat selector trying to not leave any gaps in the seating plan. Just call
Thanks for the advice.
It was interesting - in the more populated central area there were various seat unselectable and it was interesting to 'move' around seeing what the logic would come up with.
In a couple of situations it selection were 2 seats separated by the central partition.
It was quite a simple thing to call and ask - 1A/K nicely done now ... :)
