US Airways Dividend Miles - Buy Miles Promotion Questions

I have an query about the bonus miles promotion. I have not been a member or used Dividend Miles before, so I have no miles as of yet.

I am wanting to know what is the best way to purchase 150,000 miles (enough for a F flight from Australia to London). I know the first 100,000 are easy. But to purchase the other 50,000 what is the best way to go about it? Open another Dividend Miles account, purchase 50k then transfer from that? What's the best way?

Are Qatar Airways flights still not able to be booked with miles?

Finally, is the only way to purchase partner flights through the call centre - it can't be done online? Assuming it can't be done online, is the ANA millage tool the best indication of availability?

2) Yes, US Miles are still not redeemable on Qatar;

3) Redeeming US Miles on partner airlines cannot be done online - have to call. Yes, the ANA tool is the best indication of US award availability - not always, but most of the time.
