MilesBuzz! - Transfering aeroplan to Lufthansa Miles & MOre?

I dont have any Miles and More pts - but they have an excellent promotion from North America to Germany - can I transfer my Aeroplan/Amex/Delta pts to them and utilize, if so please advise how? Sry if this has been asked b4 - my first post - so please be gentle
