Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer - Cancellation/Change of Reward Flights

Having never booked a KF reward flight am hopeing someone can confirm what the penalty is if you cancel or change a KF reward flight also is it per passenger or per booking. Thanks in advance

No if you cancel your totally unused ticket with more then 24hrs time to departure of the first flight you will pay 30USD per ticket to cancel an online booking and redeposit the miles into your KF account. If it was an offline booking it will cost you 50USD.

Lucky, they could have charged you 75 USD if they had follow the rules. Maybe they cut you some slack (unlike SQ but miracles do happen) if it was close to the 24hrs mark. Or you had an agent that was not that familiar with the procedures. either way don't complain ;)
