I got an email from Outback offering a free blooming onion and beverage to active military/veterans, but I don't recall if it's just on Nov. 11th or what. Progressive dinner, anyone?

Excellent. There's a Golden Corral and an Applebee's in Temple, TX. Those people at Ft. Hood deserve this.

Ate at the M&S in Las Vegas last night. There were about 6-8 entree choices on a special Veterans day menu ranging in price from $19.95 - $24.95. Dinner was delicious! Thanks OP and thanks M&S.
