bmi diamond club - Etix receipt not viewable

...and baggage allowance not showing.

I have a reservation for my parents flying to Mexico with me in December. My reservation is fine, but on their reservation (in check my trip) the e-ticket receipt is not visible (no option to view or print) and there is no "baggage" field on the main page.

Is this something I should check with LH or ICC about? Would hate to find a problem at the airport!!

Are there 3 e-ticket numbers visible in the booking? Have you tried looking at the booking on the Amadeus Asia website?

If you fly on LH between Europe and Mexico, the baggage allowance should be 2 pieces - 23kgs per piece if in Y, 32kgs per piece if in C or F.
