Other North & South America Frequent Flyer Programs - LAN lounge access for guest in JFK & LIM?

My wife and I are flying roundtrip JFK-LIM in business class with another couple traveling in economy. Two questions: which lounge does LAN use at JFK and LIM? Will we each be able to bring in a guest?

At LIM it will be the VIP club. At JFK it is the Oasis Lounge which is actually quite nice. I have never brought guests so I can not answer that part, but I am sure someone else can. You may be able to pay as they are both third party lounges (neither owned nor operated by the airlines).
