Just noticed that they'd flipped between last night (early this morning), and this morning. I know that there's a mirror thread to this, but am starting this one because the issue is kind of acute for November. Any ideas? Thank you.

PM'ed Team KarenSmith about it, so we may have a solution soon, either here or there.

Thank you, Smart Shopper. Excellent. This is the first time I remember that one of these independent sites being "out of date" works in our favor. :)

I do hope it's "current" in the way we hope -- e.g., that there's nothing more to the story than that GP jumped the gun in their rendering.

The Hyatt Place site also has some of the current promos (for Hyatt Place hotels only)

There was a G1 bonus at Hyatt Place Tucson (I have a screen shot) and now it is vanished from the GP Bonus page with all Nov bonuses, it is not on the non-hyatt web page and CS says it does not exist. Wierd. I will fax them the screen print and hopefully get my 1,000 pts.

I was just coming in here to post about the same thing. I have a booking for next Sunday night @ Coolum and had aksed for the G2 code to be added - except it seems to have disappeared.

Anyone know if I can combine it with the GP 608? 4000 bonus points would be mighty good along with the Next Big Thing promo.

Can someone please clarify if a bonus is good for stays "Fri-Sun" does that mean a Sunday night qualifies, or is it just valid for Friday and/or Saturday night stays? I know Hyatt promos generally are based on the check-out date, not the check-in, so not quite sure about how such bonuses would work for the "weekend".

Believe you'll be fine with a Sunday night stay.
DH had a stay at SS Hartford checking in on Thursday night where the G offer was Friday - Sunday. Didn't qualify for it.
Hopefully others who are more knowledgeable will chime in.

As I don't think the left out Thu/Fri night, from my understanding:

Offers valid only Sunday - Thursday (= 5 nights)
Sun/Mon
Mon/Tue
Tue/Wed
Wed/Thu
Thu/Fri

Offers valid only Friday - Sunday (= 3 nights)
Fri/Sat
Sat/Sun
Sun/Mon

I tried to evaluate my way of thinking, but I have the impression that GX bonus offer list is - to our advantage - not in line with booking process.

I made a booking last Thurs for a stay Friday 11/6 and I had the G2 bonus post today, and also the Plat Extra awards offered today online.

Another question is, why is it that my F&B charged to my room does not get GP points? It is supposed to right?

... []Why is it that my F&B charged to my room does not get GP points? ...
From T&C (http://goldpassport.hyatt.com/gp/en/benefits/terms_conditions_details.jsp?content_id=4179&cat_id=16&wt=) (point 6):

... "Eligible Incidental Charges" vary on a hotel-by-hotel basis, but generally include food, beverage and lounge expenditures (except at outlets not operated by the hotel) and other charges such as laundry, valet and telephone.

Hyatt Gold Passport points will not be awarded

on alcoholic beverage purchases in certain jurisdictions.
for retail outlet charges, service charges, taxes, casino charges, incentive travel awards, gratuities, pay-per-view in-room movies, gift certificates/gift cards, or vouchers, unless specified in a specific promotion or for services provided by outside vendors.
for taxes or function room charges charged to member's room.
for incidentals or Hyatt hotel food and beverage charges in conjunction with a Hyatt Vacation Club stay.

Dear Karen:

Can anything be done to reinstate the current, and combine the current and future official Bonus Offers lists for the time being? This used to be done for the whole Hyatt family, and is done now in the Hyatt Place site for theirs. It's really awkward and uncertain to rely on an off-site (and anecdotes here) for the rest of the Hyatt Hotels & Resorts, however respected that site might be.

Still in full booking mode here for stays the remainder of November, and it sure would be nice.

Thank you,
FW
:)

I'd tend to agree with your list. Now that stay will be on the 31 January (Sunday night) checking out on February 1, so would I be pushing it to try to also get double stay credits and another free night credit in the current promo that expires Jan 31st? ;) I suppose as the Eagles sang: Take it to the limit!

So if I check in Thurs, is that still valid for G bonuses? for a property that only has Sun-Thurs G bonus?

A Sunday night stay ALWAYS qualifies for any G bonus being offered, whether that bonus is valid Sun-Thurs or Fri-Sun, since for some reason Sunday night falls in both of those categories..................@:-)

At many of the hotels it is Sunday night which has the lowest occupancy.

I think you have to choose either G1/G2 or GP608.

It's the same with the Washington DC properties. However, if you try the different G1/2/3 codes while making the reservation, you will see that hotels in Mexico that aren't listed will actually accept the G codes.

For example, G3 here: http://cancun.regency.hyatt.com

it's like they put up the December promos before the November promos expired and the November ones disappeared
