In the T&C, it says:

Diamond members will receive access to the Regency Club or Grand Club lounge in hotels that have the lounge. During periods of high demand, access to the Regency Club or Grand Club lounge may not be available; therefore Diamond members will receive 2500 bonus points plus daily complimentary full breakfast for each registered guest in the room, maximum four (4) people.

Does it mean if I have 3 registered guests in the room for two nights, and there is no RC/GC access, I get

a) 2500 bonus points OR
b) 2500 bonus points x 2 night = 5000 points OR
c) 2500 bonus points x 3 guests = 7500 points OR
d) 2500 bonus points x 3 guests x 2 nights = 15000 points?

:D I am not trying to be greedy. I just want to know what I am entitled to. Moreover, the availability of RC/GC plays a big factor in deciding whether I should stay at the Hyatt.

It's a) and only if you are denied access and not if the RC/GC is simply closed.

At Hyatt Place, everyone gets the same cold continental spread regardless of status and Diamonds must pay for hot items (perhaps GP could think about making a change here to allow for a hot item for Diamonds?).
