Spain/Portugal/Gibraltar - New Madrid Hotels, Restaurants, Cultural Venues?

Im trying to find out about any high-end, designer hotels, restaurants, or cultural venues that have opened in Madrid in the past few months or that will open in the first half of 2010. Can anyone tell me about anything that is in the works or recently opened? Thanks!
