Will Citi Bank let you link cards? I have a corporate card and a personal mastercard and am trying to figure out if there is a way to get the dollar spent on the corporate card linked over to my personal card to build up points. Company policy requires we use the Corporate Citi-Bank card.

Also which Citi Bank card is best to accumulate points other than an affinity card and can Citi Bank points be transferred one to one for an airline ticket?

I am assuming that when you say "points", you mean Citi "ThankYou Points". You can accumulate TYPs in a single account (or merge multiple TYPs earning accounts) as long as the primary card account holders are same. If you corporate card account earns TYPs in an TY account which lists you as a primary, you should be able to combine points with your personal TY account which also lists you as primary account holder.

Also, please note that TYPs are not transferrable, ANYWHERE, period.

...can Citi Bank points be transferred one to one for an airline ticket?

If by "Citi Bank points" you mean ThankYou points the answer is no. Please clarify If you mean some other type of point, such as Diners Club Rewards points.

ThankYou points are worth $0.01 maximum and cannot be transferred to any other program. They can be used to purchase air travel through the Expedia operated link on thankyou.com or they can be redeemed for giftcards or merchadise on the same site. To receive $0.01 value look for cards denominated $100 or higher. Citi makes these difficult to locate by searching, but they do exist.

Personal card is a Citi bank card which gives me points, I guess Citi points. Nothing fancy, just a basic chase mastercard.

THe corporate card is a citi bank card which I must use for all business hotels, etc but it is a corporate card.

I wish to use the corporate card for all my hotels and such and have any points I accumulate for dollars spent move over to my Normal personal Citbank card.

Can I do this, use a corporate citi bank card and link it to my personal citi bnak card so any points at all transfer over the my personal citibank card, what ever points citi gives us.

You should first check whether your corporate card even earns Thankyou points. Second, with any Thankyou points earning credit card from Citi, you do not have to link it to your bank account but rather add it to your Thankyou point account. These are two different things. From my experience when Citi had business cards with Thankyou points, I was able to link them to my Thankyou account and combine the points. But Citi no longer has those cards (at least not on their website, except for the Professional card), and they were small business cards not corporate cards.

I think you haven't clarified things enough. I assume your reference to chase card was an error, right?

When you say Citibank card, are you referring to Citi credit cards, both personal and corporate? Also, when you refer to citi points, please confirm that you mean ThankYou points. Also, it would help to know what is the card type or name or flavor for your corporate as well as you personal "credit card". We are all trying to help you here, but I think most of us have made a lot of assumptions when answering your question.

Whoops. Mentioning chase was an error...I meant my Citi Bank Personal Card. No affinity with anyone except the bank. Points are thank you points and you certainly do not get a lot of them plus I was wondering how I could use them for travel IF they do not transfer to any other program.

My company will give me a Citi-Bank corporate card I imagine (mastercard or visa..dont know which) because they want all air/hotels/gas/food coming through that card. I will not be using a personal Citi Bank card hardly at all.

It is why I am hopeful that I can link a corp0rate Citi Bank card issued to me with my Citi Bank Personal Mastercard. Otherwise, I won't be getting any poiints for using a corporation Cit Bank.

...wondering how I could use them for travel....

All is explained here:

https://www.thankyou.com/helpTopic.jspx?itemId=10012&topic=Travel%2BRewards

The booking tool is here, but you must login to your ThankYou Network account to use it...

https://www.thankyou.com/travelRewardsCategory.jspx?categoryName=Travel+%26 +Experiences&travelTabName=Flights

I suggest you ask your employer if the corporate card is eligible to participate in ThankYou Network or any other rewards program.

It is highly unlikely that your corporate card earns Thank You points. Most corporate cards from Citi do not earn points unless they are the small business credit cards which allow a maximum of ~25 additional cardholders. If you are talking about a true corporate card for a large company and it is not a Diner's, but rather a Citibank corporate card, I would be 99.9% sure that you cannot earn points on it
