Hilton HHonors - Bismarck, ND Hampton report

Don't get too excited folks, it's a new facility and basically a cookie-cutter(ish) property; breakfast no better or worst than most. Located in the strip mall/hotel chain zone off the highway, about a mile north of town. Choices for dinner without wheels: Wendy's, Hooters(!), Applebee's, or a bit of a hike on the same side of the highway to McDonalds. No local/airport shuttle (wouldn't have expected one there) - airport about $15 with tip.

Detail worth mentioning was their 11AM checkout. I called down the next morning (as instructed at check-in) with "Hi, I'm inquiring about a late checkout", met with friendly, yet firm: "Noon". Killing time for my 5:30 flight was a bit of a chore (personal video players are your friend!).

I don't believe they have suites, but I was happy with my (2) queen room for 10K (cat 1).

Spent a few months their this summer. It is sold out most nights normally about a week out or so. Overall it is your average HI. They do have a slightly better gym then most HI, but nothing great. It is in a decent area of town.
