An historic old hotel near the Cleveland Clinic and University Circle is to be restored and transformed into a Doubletree hotel, expected to open in spring 2011. For details check out this article:

I always wondered what this building looked like inside and hoped that it would find a new use after it was closed in 2007. Great news.
