A recent poster mentioned getting an R2 promo for filling out customer profile form and getting 2,000 points during a stay in Vancouver. Have you seen this at other Hyatts?
"On a recent stay at the HR Vancouver I was handed a customer profile form. I was promised 2000 points for filling it out (it says so in big red letters right on top of the form). I submitted the form during check-out, and the agent said he had made sure to add the R2 bonus. ..."
