So i tried to see if I could re qualify for the AAdvantage Dining program new member 1.5k miles sign up bonus. I didn't think it would work cause I had previously used another AAdvantage dining account with my current AAdvantage number, but I tried it anyways and I just got a email today saying I got the bonus. So you can essentially resign up and every time you go out, you can collect the 1.5k new member bonus and 5 miles to every dollar spent.
Do you need a new email address and new cc to create a new account and link cc to it. Can you link same cc to multiple accounts?

Not in my experience. My wife and I accidentally registered the same CC# for each of us and the account that had the CC registered first, IIRC, had the CC dropped.

I got an error when trying to use the same email and address with a new username.

U said the link was on the left so I used that 1 to resign into the program but it didn't put me onto the 1.5k bonus. I then had 2 remove myself from the pg completely to my email & then return 2 the pg 2 bring back the 1.5k signup bonus of which I reregistered w/ that & like the 1st time, it worked again. Each time I used a diff. username & password but kept the same cc. Now I'm ready 2 dine 2 see what will happen.:D

I'm sorry, can you clarify?
Suppose I have username1 with email1 and creditcard1. What should I use for the next account?
Obviously username2, probably creditcard2, and email1 or email2?
Thanks

Be careful!
Someday you may need to contact AAdvantage Dining, say because of a missing dine.
But over both phone and fax and email you have to identify yourself by your airline frequent flyer account (not your username). At that point, if you have two accounts linked to the same frequent flyer account, that could send up a red flag, and who knows whether they'd penalize you for having signed up for a second account and earned a second "new member" bonus at that point.
I guess you could try cancelling the first account, but if you're VIP there and thus earning 5 miles per, and only online at the new one and thus only earning 3 miles per there, you'd net far less than 1.5k in the long run doing that. (How much less would depend on how much spend it took you do get back to 5 miles per.)
Of course, if you've been using it very little and thus aren't even at VIP at your current account, there might not be a big downside to cancelling the current account.

Sorry, let me clarify:
I signed up with a different email / username and signed up my amex which had been linked to my other AA Dining account. When you add a CC that is already on another account, it drops it off the previous one and adds it to the new one. This way you cant use 1 card and get miles in different accounts and programs all at the same time.
Hope that helps.
If for some reason the original link doesnt work, try this one.
I've been making an effort to go out to eat once a week to a local place for lunch to get VIP for 2010. Wondering if it's better to do this a few times than focus on VIP for 2010? I guess I could just do this a couple times for the 1500 miles...at least until this option runs out.

I've tried re-registering myself & my wife & keep getting an error...error code "EN15." I'm wondering if it's because we're already registered? I tried using a different e-mail address & CC and right when I try to submit to sign-up I get that error.
Anyone else having a problem?

We qualified for VIP in a couple months. DH and I registered each of our debit/credit cards. Whenever we went to a participating place, we asked for separate tabs and paid with our respective registered credit cards. We got two dines towards VIP status for each dine we did together. There was only one place we didn't realize had a one/month limit. We thought it was per card, but it was per account.
We eat out a lot, so it was easy for us to do it.

I just reregistered another account with the same amex card and I didnt have a problem.
However the other day, I did try to register my gf's AA # for a new account under my name and CC, so i could help her rack up some miles and i got that same error message
So some tips that hopefully help:
1. When you enter your name on the site, use your name as it appears on your CC.
2. Use your CC billing address.
3. Make sure your AA name and address are the same as your CC.
Hopefully this helps, if you are still having problems, i can try to help you.

No need to do that. Get your GF to start her own account with her name, her AA account and her credit card number. Then just go in and register your credit card in her account. You can register anyone's credit card, relative's, friend's, dog's, boss', coworker's, etc
I got VIP status for 2 other FTers in a few days each by doing this. Went to a burger place, and ordered a small salad, paid for it, ordered onion rings, paid for it, ordered a coke, paid for it. (You need to make sure the amounts are different.) Voila, 3 dines in 10 minutes for about $8.
(They gave me their user ID and password, so I could access their accounts and add my cc number. No security issue as there is nothing stored in the Rewards Network account except a log of your activities. Even credit card numbers are recorded with just the last 4 digits showing. When I was done, I deleted my cc number.)

I just registered a card that was formerly registered for Delta. I assume that has been switched now.
As part of the registration, be sure to go to your profile and register your preferences. I assume all the programs work the same, and when I did this on Delta I got an extra mile per dollar.
I used the multi-charge per visit technique (learned here, so thanks to whoever made that post) to get VIP on Delta.
If you don't have a fast-food place nearby, the thread I read suggested the following: go to a restaurant that offers drinks and has some takeout or sells something. Have a drink in the bar, pay for it, then have the cheapest dinner you can find, and pay for it separately. You could then purchase some takeout. Four trips and you are set. If you have a spouse, ask for separate checks for drinks and dinner, and have her pay with a registered card. Even if you don't do the takeout bit, you've got four dines in one trip. You could even pay the check at the table, then change your mind and order desert.
At least $25 is an easy threshhold to meet, even if you are buying fast food.

I also got the EN15 error when trying to re-register for the service. I used a different email, pw, and credit card.

Yeah sorry guys i dont know what is going on. Maybe they read these boards and have caught on and fixed the problem, because now when i try to add a new account, it lets me but after i create it, it pulls up all my info from my previous account and links them. Hopefully some other people got the bonus before the closed the loophole.
