Southwest Rapid Rewards - Middle Names

I just booked a flight and it looks like all of the Middle Name functionality that was recently added to the site has disappeared.

Anyone else seeing this?

I'm logged into my account making a reservation and it auto-filled my first, middle and last name as well as the TSA Secure Flight Information (date of birth and gender) on the Passenger and Payment Info page.
