Hey Guys,

I am looking to buy miles to get two award tickets to Africa, but i need to buy quite a few. With there current buy 1 get 1 promotion it is a fantastic deal, but i can't seem to find anything saying that there is a maximum amount of miles you can buy in one year. I know that other airlines have that rule and just want to make sure before i start buying miles.

I see they have a 50 000 mile limit per transaction, but are you limited to how many transactions you do in a year?

Thanks

Ryan;)

No info on their website. It almost looks as if you can do as many transactions as you like. I suppose you can try calling them.

I got the answer when i purchase the miles:

Each Dividend Miles Member is limited to purchasing no more than fifty thousand (50,000) Dividend Miles per Buy or Gift transaction with unlimited number of transactions within a calendar year, and may receive unlimited Dividend Miles as a gift in a calendar year.

Remember while there is no limit to miles purchased, the double miles have a limit of 50k. Above that you are paying 2.8 c / miles
150k at 2.8c = 4200$ add ticketing fees
Sometimes you can buy a biz ticket for less AND get miles.
