US Airways Dividend Miles - Seat Selection for US Air Vacations

I just booked a vacation package from US Air Vacations. Received the confirmation. Tried to use confirmation to select seats, but it does not allow me to do it. The flights don't even appear on my DM account. Any solution? Thank you.

Call the Silver Preferred number and give them your name, the date and flight number for your departing flight. Ask them to pull the record, make certain your DM Silver # is in the record and then ask them to assign seats for you.

Also ask for the "record locator" (this will likely be different from any US Airways Vacation confirmation). Go back online after the conversation and use the record locator (not your DM #) and last name on the US website to pull up your record. From there you should see your flights and the assigned seats.
