Are you sure it's worth it? If you have too many miles then fair enough but 120,000 miles is enough for a return J class trip to Asia (HKG, SIN, BKK etc.). I would have thought this is worth far more than simply purchasing an iPhone outright.

Each to their own - just my 2c. I'm afraid I don't know the answer to your question re delivery timescales.

In my experience it will take a few weeks.

Agree with wiluk, if you've got the points to burn or you're afraid of flying then go for it :)

my 2c would be that it's not worth it. That said, i'm quite happy to get an iPhone on contract over 12-24 months and pay it off (although mine is currently mine as i'm out of contract).

It comes down to what you want of course, although as people have said, flight redemptions in J are typically better value than anything the FF store has for you.

$1000 gift voucher vs a J flight return worth substantially more than $1000.

End of the day, if you're happy, you're in front:)

It all depends. At the end of the day, most things have roughly the same points value. With one exception: Travel in J or F. So the "best" use of points is flying in a premium cabin.
If you don't do this, then it almost doesn't matter where and how you use your points. And if you don't know what to do with them, you can always donate them to your long lost cousin! (hint!).

Agreed! But I am also related to you ;)
