I'm thinking about using my bogo in Cairo, but as it looks my brother will arrive 1 day earlier than me (he on friday me on sat and both departing on sun). Can he use it at checkin?
Would I get any room upgrade or any RA privileges during the 2 days?

And what about if we both arrive at the same time, but I depart after 1 day and he stays till monday? I believe I can use the BOGO sat-mon in Egypt, correct or is Egypt Middle East?
