oneworld - Any status match deals around?

I've seen deal for Italy but I guess I cannot qualify without Italian residence.
Are there any other OW deals? I'm Star Alliance Gold, based in Estonia and Lithuania, but also can use addresses in Finland, Sweden, Germany, Britain, maybe Spain as well. Any chance for me? Objective is lounge access. The only OW carrier I'm flying (sometimes) is Finnair, the rest are very rarely. Can go for a trip if needed to qualify for status match.
Any suggestions? Thanks!

Not a status match but you could do the AA Platinum challenge.

After a quick google I understood AA Plat challange requires to fly AA metal or AA codeshare which is more or less means I should fly to the States, along with 10000 miles needed it is not worth for me really.

AFAIK no OW carrier does status matching like so many *A or independent carriers. Go to the source: http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/milesbuzz/883029-new-airline-status-match-master-thread.html?highlight=status+match
Note that with a continental European address, achieving and maintaining status with BA is way less difficult than with a UK or N. America address. http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/british-airways-executive-club/721790-read-first-ultimate-ba-guide.html

Well, this tread http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/oneworld/1000735-status-matching-oneworld-targets-bigger-market-share-italy-pr.html suggests there are status match deals from time to time. I agree *A is more generous on status match, SkyTeam is also quite often doing it.
I used to be BA Gold when I was flying a lot of longhaul, but my current travel pattern is so much outside BA network (and mostly outside OW network as well) that I should go an extra mile to qualify again in a normal way on any OW carrier, which makes it simply not worth, except a few airports I would rather use PriorityPass when flying non-*A carrier.
