The same thing is happening again, as from this thread (http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/us-airways-dividend-miles/1011271-us-dividend-miles-cant-see-seats-available-ac.html), where I was trying to book from US Dividend miles, for AC790, on Sept. 5/2010.
There are at least 2 seats available for reward travel on Aeroplan site. But from ANA it doesn't see AC790, but shows AC792 for the same flight time. When calling US, they only see AC792 with no seat available, but doesn't see AC790.
Where is the problem and who can be contacted to see it ?
