Effective immediately, ELITE members of Shangri-La Hotels' Golden Circle frequent traveler program are eligible to apply for Platinum Status Match.
The procedure remains the same. You may fax your request to Platinum Concierge at 512-997-9046. Please include a copy of your membership card (front & back) and a copy of your latest statement.
Do not forward your application to me or to William.
The process will take at least 30 working days before it gets approved.
As usual, if you have been a Platinum member previously, your application will not be approved.
